Ok folks, you’ve seen rehabs and then you’ve seen rehabs. Here’s a little gem of a project where the whole back of the house got ripped off, a new foundation got poured and about 500 sf of living space was added to the property.
We will increased the value significantly (making this worth the effort) by adding a 2nd bathroom, 3rd bedroom and 500 SF of great flow to the house. Guess what, we bought it EL-CHEAPO. Enjoy!
